How do I enroll in K Club Rewards?

Sign up for K Club in your local Kirkland’s store or online at www.kirklands.com/kclub.


What to expect when signing up in store:

1. Give the Kirkland’s store associate your email address and first and last name.

2. Accept the terms and conditions at the register.

3. You will receive a “Welcome” email that contains your temporary password and a link to complete your registration                                                                                                              (www.kirklands.com/kclub). A temporary password will also be printed on your receipt.

4. Click the link in the email to verify your email and complete your profile.

5.  Complete your profile by signing in under “Member Sign In,” using your temporary password, and filling out the                                                                                                                  required information. Then, click “Submit.”

What to expect when signing up online:

Click “Enroll Today” under “Create Account.”

        3.  Enter the required information and accept the terms and conditions. Click "Submit".

I’m a Kirkland’s Credit Card Holder. How do I enroll in K Club Rewards?

1.    Visit www.kirklands.com/kclub.

2.    Under “Member Sign-In,” enter the phone number associated with your Kirkland’s credit card as your login and password.

3.     Enter the required information and accept the terms and conditions. Click “Submit.”

I'm getting an error message stating my email of phone is already in use.

If you are getting this message, you are enrolled but have not completed your profile. At this point, go to "Member Sign In" using your email address and choose "password help" www.kirklands.com/kclub. You will be sent your password. At this point you will be able to complete your profile which will activate your membership.

I’m getting an error message when I try to enroll in K Club.

The parental controls on your browser may be enabled, or your anti-virus/internet security software may be enabled. If you continue to receive an error message, visit your local Kirkland’s store to enroll in K Club or call Customer Service at 1-877-541-4855.

What is my K Club Rewards ID?

Your K Club Rewards ID is your email address.

How do I earn points?

Earn 1 point for every dollar you spend on eligible product purchases at a Kirkland’s store or on Kirklands.com. Points are calculated from your purchase total and do not include taxes or shipping amounts. If you use your Kirkland’s credit card, you will receive 2 points for every dollar you spend at any Kirkland’s store location or on Kirklands.com.¹

Do my K Club points expire?

Your K Club points do not expire.

What are the “rewards?”

You will receive a $10 reward for every 300 points you accumulate.¹

Do my K Club rewards expire?

Once your points are converted to a $10 reward, you have 90 days to use the reward.

How do I redeem my reward?

K Club Rewards can only be redeemed at a Kirkland’s store location. Visit any Kirkland’s store and give the associate your email address when checking out. The associate will apply your $10 reward to your purchase. No need to keep track of a printed coupon!

At this time, K Club Rewards cannot be redeemed online. We are working to bring you this functionality!

Can I earn K Club points on purchases on Kirklands.com?

Yes! When you checkout, simply use the email address associated with your K Club account. As long as you use the same email address, your points will be applied to your K Club account within 48 hours of your order being shipped.

Do I earn points when I purchase a gift card?

When you purchase a gift card, you will not receive points for that purchase, however, when you use a gift card to complete a purchase, you will receive points.

Do I earn K Club points when I make a purchase with my Kirkland’s credit card?²

Yes! Kirkland’s credit card holders actually earn 2 points for every $1 spent on eligible product purchases.

How long does it take for points to show up on my account?

For in-store purchases, it can take 24-48 hours to see your points reflected online in your K Club account. For online purchases, points are applied to your account within 48 hours of your order being shipped.

I’m missing points! I didn’t receive points for my purchase on Kirkland’s website or in my Kirkland’s store.

If you did not have your K Club information entered when checking out at your Kirkland’s store, or forgot to provide your K Club email address when checking out online, call Customer Service at 1-877-541-4855. Please have your receipt or email order confirmation on hand for easy reference.  

I signed up with a different email address for my online account and my K Club account. What now?

No worries! We can easily combine your K Club account and your online account. Simply call Customer Service at 1-877-541-4855.

I forgot the password for my K Club account! What do I do?

Visit www.kirklands.com/kclub and enter your email address. Then click “Password Help.” A new password will be emailed to you.

I’ve never entered a password before. What is my password?

If you enrolled online, your password can be found in your “Welcome” email.  If you enrolled in a store, your password is located at the bottom of your receipt and in your “Welcome” email.

If you cannot locate your receipt or the “Welcome” email, simply enter your email address at www.kirklands.com/kclub and click “Password Help.” A new password will be emailed to you.

Do I need to enable cookies on my browser?

Yes, cookies need to be enabled on your browser for security while you are logged in. They are not used to track you on any other site or URL.


1. Rewards points are earned on net purchases only (purchases minus returns and credits). Certain transactions do not earn rewards points. Kirkland credit cardholders will earn 2 points per $1 spent on net purchases. See the Kirklands Rewards Program Terms and Conditions for details.

2. The Kirkland's credit card is issued with approved credit by Wells Fargo Financial National Bank. For newly opened accounts, the APR for Purchases is 27.99%. This APR may vary with the market based on the U.S. Prime Rate. If you are charged interest in any billing cycle, the minimum interest charge will be $1.00.
